We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations team member to join our growing business. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and timely fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work hands-on with high-end automotive parts and apparel, handle day-to-day shipping and receiving tasks, and support various operations across our facility. Requirements

21 Years of Age or Older
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD - Please state if you do not have one
Valid Driver's License
Able to Commute to North Haven, CT for work
No Felonies - Please state if you have one

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work on-site at our physical location (this is not a remote position).
Prior experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay).
Comfortable lifting and handling items of various sizes, including wheels and tires.
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Willingness to learn new skills, including mounting/balancing tires and product development tasks.

Responsibilities

Fulfill and ship all customer orders, including small packages and large palletized items (e.g., wheels and tires).
Track and reorder necessary shipping and fulfillment supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records of all stocked items; unload and store incoming shipments.
Call customers within 8 hours of order placement to confirm details and thank them personally.
Contact customers to verify shipping information for larger deliveries.
List products on eBay, manage listings, and maintain the account.
Set up and manage shipping accounts to ensure the most cost-effective shipping solutions.
Assist with mounting and balancing wheels/tires when necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
Contribute to product development by proposing new items, assisting with sourcing, and coordinating marketing materials once products arrive.
Process all apparel and member-related orders on the LAB Shopify site daily.
Ensure each package includes LAB tape, brochures, and sticker packs.
Keep your workstation (shipping table) organized and professional at all times.
