We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, averaging 20-30 hours a week. This role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, along with proficiency in email and SMS marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns, with proven results in driving traffic, conversions, and engagement.
This position is ideal for someone with excellent analytical skills who can handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, optimize performance under tight deadlines, and provide valuable insights for campaign improvements. A strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and the ability to create compelling content for email and SMS marketing is essential. Requirements
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- Able to Commute to North Haven, CT for work
- Clean Driving Record - Please state if you do not have one
- No Felonies - Please state if you have one
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in event coordination, including both in-person and virtual events of varying scales
- Proven experience in managing and executing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms, including the ability to create, schedule, and analyze campaigns.
- Ability to provide a portfolio or case studies showing successful campaign execution and measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and other relevant ad platform insights to track campaign performance.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and how to use data to inform decisions.
- Basic knowledge of marketing copywriting for ad content, email subject lines, and SMS campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with other marketing and design team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing and other campaign optimization techniques to improve performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics to adjust strategies and maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and increase sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad creative and messaging are aligned with the brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage daily operations of social media ad accounts, including setting up new campaigns, monitoring budgets, and tracking performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CPA, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, ad creatives, and performance metrics for reporting and future reference.
- Stay informed of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
- Develop and implement new campaign ideas, seasonal promotions, and marketing strategies to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
