Custom Services
Any time something is CUSTOM, the order is made to the customers specifications and for that reason, all orders are final. There will be absolutely no refunds on custom work.
New Parts
THE LAB does not process ANY refunds on custom ordered parts, including but not limited to; wheels, titanium exhausts, custom order suspension.
THE LAB will process refunds on orders in conjunction manufacturers return policy.
Used Parts
There are absolutely NO refunds on used parts, including but not limited to; factory takeoff wheels and exhausts.
Retail & Showroom Sales
THE LAB showroom sales and LGND Retail sales are FINAL!
Exchanges are offered only on unworn clothing items.
