Priority Parking spots are reserved throughout the facility for Paddock Members.
The Lounge, a 24/7 space for Paddock Members to relax, work, or chat.
Self serve bar in The Lounge, always stocked with refreshments and snacks.
The Conference Room - available to Members for reserving co-working time from team meetings to zoom calls.
Office spaces are available to Paddock members to rent and reserve for a local remote workspace or just a second office space.
Each office is equipped with cabinetry and a Mac.
Paddock Member Designated Lift & Shop Area for Member Use. Complete with 2 full toolboxes, 2 workbenches, and rolling carts.
Member Key Lock Boxes, set your own code, come and go as you please.
  1. Members must sign a lift waiver prior to reserving the Shop Space for work, subject to availability.
  2. One(1) Tire Swap per season per car included with Membership. $39/mo to store tires.
  3. Insurance coverage on Pick-Up/ Drop-Offs is up to $2M
  4. Members can request details any time directly with a LAB rep or directly with ZDETAIL.
  5. Office Spaces available for booking, subject to availability.
