We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic part-time Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Legends Auto Boutique! As the Front Desk Assistant, you will take on multiple tasks from being the first point of contact for our valued clientele, to helping out with events, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and luxurious experience in our fast-paced environment.


Requirements

  • 21 Years of Age or Older
  • CLEAN DRIVING RECORD - Please state if you do not have one
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to Commute to North Haven, CT for work
  • No Felonies - Please state if you have one

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-end service environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle client interactions with tact and professionalism.
  • Professional appearance that aligns with the luxury brand image
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a pleasant and clear phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office software and basic computer skills.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • A genuine interest in luxury automobiles and the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bilingualism is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic automotive terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and Assist Clients: Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Provide Information: Educate clients about our services, promotions, and special offers, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Answer Phone Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, provide information about our services, and transfer calls to the correct departments.
  • Return Missed Calls: Listen to all voicemails in the morning and return calls.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform Transactions: Collect payment for customers purchasing items from the showroom
  • Restock/ Order Office Supply as Needed
  • Restock/ Organize shelves/ racks as customers come and go throughout the door
  • Take note of any leads coming through (call ins, email, social media).
  • Wipe down tables and coffee bar at the end of each day.
