Our Powder Coating Process
Powder coating is the ultimate choice for durability and longevity. We fully disassemble the calipers, remove all seals and hardware, and sandblast the housing to bare metal. The calipers are then coated with premium powder and baked in a professional oven at 400°F to create a finish that bonds permanently to the surface. After curing, the calipers are reassembled with fresh seals, brake lines are reattached, and a full brake bleed is performed. This process ensures a factory-level finish that lasts the lifetime of your vehicle.

Our Painting Process
Painting offers a cost-effective alternative while still delivering a premium look. The calipers are removed, prepped, and refinished in a controlled spray booth using high-quality paint systems. Since the calipers remain assembled, this process avoids the need for a full reseal kit while still achieving a flawless, professional finish. While paint may not be as resistant to rock chips and debris as powder coat, it remains an excellent option for those seeking customization at a lower investment.
