Event Ticket Policy
1. Finality of Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are considered final at the time of purchase. Once a ticket is purchased, it is considered non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage you to carefully review the event details before purchasing to ensure the event, date, and time align with your schedule.
2. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe you have an extenuating circumstance that would justify a refund, please contact us at care@thelabct.com as soon as possible. Requests for refunds under these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of event management. We strive to be fair and understanding in our assessments, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation
Many of our events are held outdoors and are designed to proceed rain or shine. However, the safety of our guests is our top priority. There may be instances where we must cancel or postpone events due to forecasted severe weather or other unforeseen safety concerns.
3A - Rescheduling / Postponing an Event
If we are able to reschedule or postpone an event due to forecasted severe weather, all ticket holders will be promptly notified of the new date.
- All existing tickets will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
3B - Event Cancellation
If an event must be cancelled AHEAD OF TIME due to predicted severe weather or other circumstances:
- All ticket holders will be promptly notified.
- Full refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note: If severe or disruptive weather occurs during an event already in progress, no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding of the inherent risks associated with outdoor events.
4. Transferability of Tickets
Every single ticket is for single use and may only be used once per event by the purchaser. If you can no longer attend an upcoming event in which you purchased a ticket and wish to grant your ticket to another individual, express written permission is required from the event staff.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR TICKET. Tickets are scanned at entry, and we will know if you shared a ticket with someone.
