Event Ticket Policy


1. Finality of Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are considered final at the time of purchase. Once a ticket is purchased, it is considered non-refundable and non-transferable. We encourage you to carefully review the event details before purchasing to ensure the event, date, and time align with your schedule.

2. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe you have an extenuating circumstance that would justify a refund, please contact us at care@thelabct.com as soon as possible. Requests for refunds under these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of event management. We strive to be fair and understanding in our assessments, but we cannot guarantee a refund. 


3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

Many of our events are held outdoors, rain or shine. However, if we must reschedule or cancel an event due to predicted severe weather or for any other reasons, all ticket holders will be promptly notified and fully refunded. In the event of weather that unexpectedly disrupts an ongoing event, refunds will NOT be issued.


4. Transferability of Tickets

Every single ticket is for single use and may only be used once per event by the purchaser. If you can no longer attend an upcoming event in which you purchased a ticket and wish to grant your ticket to another individual, express written permission is required from the event staff.

DO NOT SHARE YOUR TICKET. Tickets are scanned at entry, and we will know if you shared a ticket with someone.
