He took on the responsibility of ordering all the necessary equipment and furniture, hand-picking each item to create an exceptional environment. He also took on the role of general contractor, overseeing every step of the construction process. Despite facing challenges and obstacles along the way, he managed to complete the project in just five months, a remarkable feat for a project of this scale.
